DVx Ventures

Jon McNeill is the CEO and Co-Founder of DVx Ventures, where he and his team have launched 12 companies, including a publicly-traded AI infrastructure ETF. He previously served as President at Tesla and as COO at Lyft, and earlier founded and scaled six companies that were acquired by public companies. He began his career at Bain & Company after graduating from Northwestern University and is the author of a book on scaling companies.

Chris Hutton is a finance professional who began his career on GE's Finance Management Program before leading finance and analytics for managed partners at eBay/PayPal. He later handled FP&A, international operations, and analytics at 3D printing company Carbon, and most recently served as VP Finance at live streaming app Caffeine, where he oversaw finance, legal, and compliance and led a $120M Series D raise. He is a board member of Little Black Door, a female-founded social wardrobe company in the UK.

Ganesh Srivats is a revenue and growth leader focused on consumer brands, digital commerce, and customer experience. He spent over a decade at Burberry leading expansion into emerging markets and Americas strategy, then served as Vice President of North America Sales at Tesla, where he grew revenue across channels and helped launch the Model X and Model 3. He most recently was CEO of the New York–based luxury e-commerce company Moda Operandi.

Michael Rossiter is a Principal at DVx Ventures and a repeat software founder focused on AI-powered products. He served as lead founding team member for three DVx ventures — Atomic, Mass, and Revo — and previously built a supply-chain planning system at Tesla during the Model 3 ramp and led business-operations and market-expansion programs at Lyft.

David Fetherstonhaugh is a Principal at DVx, where he leads diligence on new ventures and external investments, assessing business models, market opportunities, and execution plans. He previously worked on the investment team at Mithril Capital Management, evaluating opportunities across sectors and stages, and earlier in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets. He graduated from McGill University.

Amit Maraj is AI Lead at DVx Ventures, where he develops strategy and leads teams building AI-native startups. Previously, he spent four years as an AI DevRel engineer at Google and holds a PhD in Natural Language Processing. He has taught AI at Canadian colleges for ten years and developed Canada's first AI graduate certificate at Durham College and the first professional AI master's program at a polytechnic institution at Seneca College.

Eileen McGinnis is a Senior Accountant at DVx Ventures with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Her background spans accounts payable cycle management, accounts receivable and collections processing, and staff accounting functions including journal entries and reconciliations. She has proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with accounting software platforms including Great Plains, Xero, and Chargebee.

Kristine Banks-Smith is Controller at DVx Ventures, where she leads finance and operations support across the firm's portfolio companies. She brings seven years of experience as an outsourced CFO and Controller to San Francisco startups, managing accounting, financial planning, payroll, HR, and operational infrastructure through growth and fundraising cycles. Her background includes external audit experience and a focus on building scalable financial systems and operational processes.
