Gediminas Dominas is a partner in the International Arbitration and Litigation practice at WALLESS and a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He serves as arbitrator, counsel, and legal expert in domestic and international arbitration proceedings under UNICITRAL, VCCA, ICC, and SCC rules, with experience in ICSID investment arbitration cases. His background also includes transactional work across cross-border mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, initial public offerings, debt and equity financing, and project finance matters.

Milda Vilčinskaitė is Community Relations & Insights Manager and Manager of Incubation and Acceleration Programs at Startup Lithuania, where she oversees program management and community building initiatives including pre-acceleration and acceleration programs such as Tech Hub, CyberUP, and SpaceHub. She organizes and moderates startup ecosystem events including pitch competitions, demo days, and panel discussions, and develops insights and analytics on startup ecosystem activity.

Roberta Rudokienė is Managing Director of the Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN), where she focuses on expanding the business angel community and early-stage investment opportunities. Previously, she served as Head of Startup Lithuania, where she contributed to ecosystem development and international partnerships. She has held strategic leadership roles across multiple industries over more than a decade.

Focuses on biotech, medtech, AI/ML, and early R&D and strategy.

Sigita Zulonienė serves as COO of the Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN), where she leads efforts to connect investors with early-stage startups. She has extensive experience working within the Lithuanian startup ecosystem and focuses on community development and founder support.
