Amit Mohan manages Climate Fund Managers' private credit funds and guarantee vehicles. He has more than 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, private credit and corporate finance across Africa, Asia, LATAM and the UK, including senior roles at Standard Bank Group and CFO positions at NamPower and Namibia Asset Management. He began his career at Grant Thornton and is a registered chartered accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Juan Paez leads Climate Fund Managers' investment activities across Latin America and the Caribbean, with over 25 years of experience in private equity in energy and infrastructure in the region. He was previously a founding member and Managing Partner at REAL Infrastructure Capital Partners in New York, where he raised and invested capital in renewable energy projects in Mexico and Central America, and earlier held roles as a Partner at Conduit Capital Partners and positions at BNP, Fiduciaria Tequendama, and Banco de Bogotá. He holds an MBA from London Business School and an engineering degree from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.

Nathan Schmidt leads Climate Fund Managers' investment activities across Asia, with a background in infrastructure and private equity investing in Asia and other international markets. He was previously an Investment Director and founding member of Equis, where he originated and managed renewable energy platforms, and earlier spent about a decade at Macquarie Group in New York and Korea working in investment banking and funds management on infrastructure assets including renewables, water, telecommunications, transport, and sports facilities.

Sebastiaan Surie leads Climate Fund Managers' New Ventures strategy and portfolio, bringing two decades of experience in private equity, development finance, and climate-focused infrastructure across Africa and other emerging markets. He joined CFM at its founding, helped build its Africa investment strategy, served as Regional Head of Africa where he oversaw more than USD 500 million in renewable energy, water, and sanitation investments, and later became Head of Green Hydrogen. Before CFM he worked with TBL Mirror Fund, Jacana Partners, FSD Africa, and the Gatsby Charitable Foundation in Kenya, and started his career at ING Bank and DIF.
