Daniel Hulls co-founded Better Collective, a digital sports media group operating national and global sports media brands, in 2004 alongside Jesper Søgaard. He serves as Co-CEO, overseeing global operations and day-to-day business, and has been part of the company's development from startup to a publicly listed company. During his tenure, Better Collective received the Danish Børsen Gazelle Award for turnover growth across 10 years.

Britt Boeskov is a board member and advisor with 20 years of experience in the digital entertainment industry, focusing on strategy, customer experience, and digital transformation. She serves on the boards of Better Collective, MAG Interactive, Mindway AI, GAMING1, and Racecourse Media Group, and is the principal owner of her own consultancy firm. Boeskov holds a Master's degree in intercultural communication and management with a focus on organizational behavior, along with a certification in CX foundations.

Camilla Wissing Bille is CEO of Better Collective South America and SVP Group Media & Commercial Sites at Better Collective, where she oversees digital sports media brands including Futbol Sites, Bolavip.com, Redgol.cl and Torcedores.com, and leads the Group Media Partnerships Division with partners such as the New York Post, The Daily Telegraph, Sport1 and Goal.com. A member of the Better Collective A/S group management, she has more than 18 years of executive leadership experience and is responsible for P&L covering over 125 million USD in revenue and more than 800 staff across offices in cities including Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Bogotá, Mexico City, Monterrey, Miami, London and Paris.

Dan Bjerregaard is General Counsel and VP of Group Legal & Compliance at Better Collective. He established the company's legal and compliance systems to integrate more than 35 acquired companies within a matrixed organization, with a focus on integration, automation, and commercial operations.

Flemming Pedersen is Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Better Collective. He works in the tech and igaming industry, with experience in people management, HR policies, start-ups, and leadership.

Gavin Moore is a co-founder of The LTM Group and Whys Ventures, with a background in the hospital and health care industry. His areas of focus include aging in place, spine, prevention, team building, and orthopedic surgery. He holds a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in Psychology from Wright State University.

Karl Pugh is the Co-Founder of Sol Technologies. He works as an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist, and has focused his career on ventures that combine profit with social purpose.

Leif Nørgaard is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Better Collective. He has more than 30 years of management experience, including over 25 years in executive positions at public companies, with a background spanning finance, accounting, tax, risk management, and capital markets, including IPOs. He has held more than 10 board positions at public and private companies in Denmark and internationally, serving as both chairman and board member.

Linda Mullan Muir is the Chief Technology Officer at BetterCollective US, with over two decades of experience in digital sports media. Muir co-founded the fantasy sports platform RotoGrinders, which BetterCollective acquired in 2019, and has held leadership positions at 247Sports. Earlier in Muir's career, they worked as a high school Latin teacher.

Riley Bryant is the Chief Technology Officer at BetterCollective US, with over twenty years of experience in digital sports media. He co-founded the fantasy sports platform RotoGrinders, which BetterCollective acquired in 2019, and has previously held leadership roles at 247Sports as well as worked as a high school Latin teacher. His areas of focus include software, web development, and startups.

Sofie Ejlersen is Chief Operating Officer at Better Collective, where she holds P&L responsibility and oversees revenue, global business units, and technology infrastructure across a workforce of more than 1,000 employees in Europe, North America, and Latin America. Her work includes integrating AI across content, product, and operations, along with post-merger integration and organizational transformation. She previously worked in management consulting at Bain & Company.

Hrafnkell Ásgeirsson is Senior Vice President of Paid Media at Better Collective, a sports betting media group listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, where he has worked for seven years and is a member of Group Management. He built the company's Group Acquisition Marketing department beginning in 2016, leading four units and more than 50 specialists across five offices, and worked in areas including SEO, paid media, lead generation, and marketing technology. In 2020 he led Better Collective's €44 million acquisition of Atemi Group, and he was involved in the company's 2018 IPO.
