Guilherme Lima is a Venture Partner at S-Ventures focused on early-stage investments in B2B platforms, marketplaces, and AI startups across Brazil at the angel, pre-seed, and seed stages. He has been involved in over 100 startup investments in the Brazilian ecosystem and previously held investment roles at Astella Investimentos and ACE Startups, as well as corporate finance and M&A positions at Linx, Notredame Intermédica, and Gol Airlines. Lima publishes DealflowBR, a venture capital and early-stage investing newsletter with over 6,000 subscribers focused on the Brazilian tech ecosystem.

At Astella since 2020, she has worked mainly in backoffice functions including fund operations and structuring, compliance, governance, and firm management. She is now part of the Investor Success team, working closely with LPs and writing for the Astella Matrix.

A lawyer who graduated in Law from the Faculdade de Direito de Franca in 2018, specializing in structuring and operating private equity investment funds and their legal/regulatory analysis. She works in Compliance and Operations at Astella.

Luiza Ulysséa Santos is an independent advisor and angel investor with over six years of venture capital experience investing in Pre-Seed to Series B stage companies in Latin America. She is a co-founder of Elas&VC and has held positions at the Inter-American Development Bank, Astella, Barn, Iporanga, and Gorila. Her work focuses on supporting early-stage and growth-stage founders throughout the region.

Handles operations and finance at Astella, ensuring fund financial and operational processes are compliant, auditable, and scalable. Previously worked in the back office of venture capital funds across audit, valuation, and FIP controllership.

Thiago Bacchin is founder and CEO of Cadastra, a technology company offering advertising, business strategy, IT, and analytics solutions. With over 25 years in digital marketing, he has received recognition including Digital Marketing Professional of the Year from ABComm in 2015 and multiple Top 5 awards from E-commerce Brasil Awards. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management with an IT emphasis from PUCRS and an MBA in Retail from FIA-SP, and is an active angel investor.

Technology enthusiast with a generalist background, holding a Business Administration degree from FGV and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Insper, with experience in Big Tech and venture capital. Works on Astella's investment team identifying promising businesses and supporting founders.
