Joined ARCH in May 2018 responsible for finance, tax, and fund administration. Previously spent twelve years as Head of Finance at BC Partners, a Pan-European private equity firm. Executive member of the Board of Directors. Accounting degree from Cardiff Business School and Fellow of the ICAEW.

Joined ARCH in 2018 responsible for developing and executing Africa renewable power investment strategy. Brings over 20 years of experience in emerging market power project development and finance from senior roles at eleQtra, ContourGlobal, Merrill Lynch, and the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation. MBA in Finance from NYU Stern.

Joined ARCH in 2019 responsible for business development and investment execution of renewable power strategy across the continent. Brings over 15 years of African experience across multiple sectors from previous roles at BioTherm Energy, aloeCap, and Deloitte. Qualified Chartered Accountant with MBA from HEC Paris.

Joined ARCH in 2021 responsible for implementing renewable power investment strategy in West and Central Africa through origination and execution of operations. Over 30 years of experience in Africa having worked with national power companies and international finance institutions including IFC and African Development Bank. Engineering degree in electricity and Master in Finance and Management.

Joined ARCH in 2022 as an investment director providing investment and operational support to the East Africa Cold Chain Solutions strategy. Over 13 years of experience in deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and portfolio management focused on equity and debt in Sub-Saharan Africa. Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and CFA Charter holder.

Joined ARCH in 2023 leading technical workstreams for the energy strategy. Over 20 years of experience with 13 years in renewable energy sector leading technical and development aspects for multiple projects. Previously worked at Engie, BTE Renewables, Aurora Power Solutions, and Alstom. M.Sc. in Project Management and B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

Joined ARCH in 2021 as an Associate. Seven years of experience in the engineering industry developing and managing power generation projects across the USA, China, and Mexico before pursuing an MBA at London Business School. Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Joined ARCH in 2022 as Interim Paralegal assisting the General Counsel with legal and administrative support. Experience with a wide range of legal matters and administration. Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School and BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Keele University.

Joined ARCH in May 2022 as an Investment Manager responsible for origination, appraisal, due diligence, structuring, and investment execution of the renewable power investment strategy. Eight years of experience in Africa across multiple sectors from previous work at Nuru and Dyer and Blair Investment Bank. Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.

Joined ARCH in 2020 as a Senior Analyst providing analytical research and support. Previously served as Senior Analyst with the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency. BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Gondar, Ethiopia.

Joined ARCH in 2019 responsible for tax and financial reporting. Previously Finance and Operations Manager at Islandbridge Capital Limited. BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Queen Mary, University of London and member of the ACCA.

Non-executive director and currently Co-CEO of African Rainbow Capital. Early career included roles at Investec Asset Management and served as CEO of Sanlam Investment Management. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with advanced business education from Harvard and Insead.

Joined ARCH in July 2025. Admitted Attorney with broad experience in legal, company secretariat, and compliance management services. LLB from University of South Africa and qualifications in Advanced Company Law and Compliance Management & Money Laundering Control.
