Morven Groves has more than 15 years of experience investing in and advising travel and hospitality businesses, with a decade focused on franchising. At 10 Point Capital she works with portfolio company management teams on strategy and growth execution. She previously was a Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa franchisee, a Vice President on Franchise Development and Finance teams at InterContinental Hotels Group with responsibility for the Americas Region's market strategy, and spent over seven years at McKinsey & Company across Europe, Asia and the US. She holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from Harvard University.

Scott Pressly has more than 25 years of experience across private equity, brand management, and franchising, and has invested in over 30 franchise businesses. Prior to his current role, he co-founded BIP Capital, was a partner at Roark Capital Group, and served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at U.S. Franchise Systems. He holds a BS from the University of Florida and an MBA from Harvard University.

Tom Wells has more than 10 years of private equity experience across a range of industries and branded businesses, with a focus on brand-building. He currently sits on the boards of Phenix Salon Suites and Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux and works on the franchise team at BIP Capital. Previously he worked at Century Park Capital Partners in Los Angeles and at the San Francisco office of investment bank Harris Williams & Co. He holds a BS from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Charles Watson is the CEO of Tropical Smoothie Café, a role he holds after previously serving as the company's Chief Development Officer until 2018, during which the system grew to over 1,200 locations. His earlier career spans franchise and hospitality companies including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, US Franchise Systems, and Hospitality Real Estate Counselors. He holds a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
