Investment thesis
FOD Capital favors structured secured bridge debt enhanced with equity kickers through warrant coverage and/or conversion features, and pursues direct investments with mid-term holding periods, moderate risk, and above-average yields. It targets profitable, growth companies with foreseeable liquidity events such as mergers, sales, or IPOs, while also selectively backing exceptional earlier-stage companies led by experienced, disciplined management with disruptive technologies and large exploitable markets. The firm emphasizes simple, measurable business models, balanced operations, transparent communication, disciplined capital spending, and hands-on entrepreneurial leadership.
