How did your company get started? (i.e., How did the founders meet? How did you come up with the idea? How did you decide to be a founder?)
The two founders met on a consulting project where they conducted over 70 stakeholder interviews and then had to repeatedly re-align the same people during implementation. The idea came from discussing, on evening runs, whether an AI could handle these steps by drawing on prior interviews, analyzing with full context, and following up weeks later.
What is your long-term vision? If you truly succeed, what will be different about the world?
The founders aim to make knowledge of how work is actually done and where problems lie available to company decision-makers, by having every employee talk to Sona8 and connecting it to ERP, HR, and ticketing systems to build a live map of company operations. They plan to add a synthetic layer of employees to test decisions before making them, and to use the same map as an enterprise context layer that AI agents can read before changing a process.
