- The founders identify four bottlenecks in enterprise sales (pipeline generation, execution, internal processes like CPQ and approvals, and post-sale onboarding) and initially focused on execution, having built an in-house revenue agent at Mintlify. While working on pipeline generation, they concluded that the account-research and table-building tools they built could serve as a general research primitive applicable beyond sales, in areas such as manufacturing capacity planning, finance, and biotech R&D. This led them to build spreadsheet-style tools that let a swarm of persistent background agents assemble datasets, log results, and surface information for humans working on hard problems.
