Rocketlane provides an all-in-one professional services automation (PSA) platform that combines project delivery execution, business operations (resourcing, time and financials) and client-facing experience in a single system of record. The platform is aimed at professional services and implementation teams that run client projects, and includes project plans, forms, sheets, documents and chat alongside templates, approval and escalation automations, resource management and real-time profitability tracking.

A central element of the product is Nitro, a layer of AI agents that gather project context from sources such as statements of work, emails and calls to auto-generate project plans and documents (SOWs, sales handoffs, implementation discovery), automate configuration, migration and validation steps, assemble project teams based on availability, skills and workload, and monitor allocations for utilization and profitability. Customer-facing capabilities include a shared client portal supporting self-guided or high-touch onboarding paths, and account intelligence that mines customer interactions for risks such as escalations, blockers and scope creep, and opportunities such as advocacy and expansion.
