He now leads FinalDose, a YC-backed company working on BRCA1-deficient cancers and PARP inhibitor resistance mechanisms.

Steven Lin Co-founder · Chief Technology OfficerHe holds a doctorate in computational biology from Oxford and previously served as data lead at Gutsee Biotech, where he developed machine learning approaches for identifying genetic targets related to viral drug resistance, including work on human genetic susceptibility to infection during the COVID-19 pandemic.
