CYCLE (cycle.eco) is a Berlin-headquartered electric mobility company that designs, produces and supplies utility e-bikes to last-mile delivery businesses, restaurants and individual couriers, bundling the vehicle with service, maintenance and fleet software. Subscriptions are all-inclusive: repairs and maintenance are carried out by in-house mechanics either at CYCLE workshops or at the customer's location, and a "Peace of Mind" package adds theft protection with GPS tracking, remote motor control and reduced insurance deductibles. Customers pick a vehicle, manage the membership through CYCLE's mobile app, and report damage or book service appointments in the app; repairs are targeted at a maximum of 60 minutes, with a replacement bike swapped in when that is not achievable.

The fleet mixes models engineered in-house with models sourced from partners. The website lists the 20FIFTY S, 20FIFTY M and 20FIFTY L (long-tail cargo bike with torque sensor), RadRunner X and Tonda X fat-tyre e-bikes, Tonda +, CYCLE One and GEN3, with advertised entry prices from EUR 109 to EUR 159 per month and ranges of up to about 120 km. The 20FIFTY, introduced around the 2023 Series A, was described as carrying loads of up to 200 kg. Alongside vehicle rental, the company offers leasing and purchase options as well as damage-reporting and fleet-management software that gives customers real-time status data on their fleet.

The company previously operated as GetHenry from Vienna before renaming to CYCLE and moving its headquarters to Berlin. It has also tested a consumer e-bike subscription in Berlin and Vienna, but has kept its focus on the B2B segment.
