Yoon Kim is Professor Emeritus at KAIST and Chairman and CEO of KS Photonics, his third spinoff company from the university. He previously founded FiberPro and Novera Optics, which was sold to Ericson Korea, and served 29 years at KAIST as a physics professor, department chair, and vice president of research.
