And it gets better we go to the store and they say they can't help us. They are trying to just "reorder" it online for us. How the heck am I supposed to give you money to switch to your service if you can't even take 1 simple order.

Seriously @Verizon I order a new phone and wait and it never comes on the due date. I talk your support and they tell me to call the support line. I wait for an hour on hold and they tell me they see my order but it is hung somewhere and now I have to go to a store to "fix" it
