Tomer Kashi is the Co-Founder and CEO of VOOM Insurance and SkyWatch, where he led the development of VOOM's Risk Engine and InsureTech platform and established joint ventures with insurance companies. Before founding these companies, he worked in the cyber unit of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, directing technology projects, one of which received the Israel Defense Prize. A graduate of the Israeli Air Force's Talpiot program, he holds a BSc in Computer Science and Physics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
