Tom Waycott has more than 12 years of experience in property investment and debt advisory for private clients, family offices, and institutions. He joined RCP Finance in 2021 after over four years at JR Capital, a UK-based multi-family office, and earlier worked in private and corporate banking at Handelsbanken in Central London on property finance underwriting. He also leads RCP Hospitality, advising developers and owners on repositioning and branding hospitality projects, and holds an Honours Degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University.
