Regis Castro is a Partner and Head of Structuring at RCP Finance with more than 20 years in investment banking, including 17 years at JPMorgan across M&A, financing, and credit risk management. At JPMorgan he handled financing transactions across the capital structure and rating spectrum in both developed and emerging markets, and was responsible for credit investment decisions and risk management of a multi-billion dollar credit portfolio. He holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and an MBA.
