Steve Shaffer is Founder and Chairman of Triple Crown Investments, a Colorado-based investment firm focused on senior health care, food service, and retail. He previously served as President of Quiznos Subs, having joined in 1992 as a franchisee and helping expand the brand to over 5,400 units before retiring in 2007. Earlier in his career he spent more than 20 years in merchandising and store operations roles at Macy's, Federated Department Stores, and Carroll Reed, and he holds a BBA from the University of Georgia.
