About
Shin Chen is an investor at E14 Fund who focuses on AI/ML, data, robotics, and other emerging technologies, working with technical founders from research backgrounds. Before E14, she built startups across Africa, Asia, and the U.S., including an e-commerce venture in West Africa and a VR platform in Taiwan and the U.S. She leads 1943, a community of over 300 AI/ML researchers, and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas.
