Ryan Geary is Director of Finance and Operations at FJ Labs, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on marketplaces and network-effect businesses, where he oversees financial controls, treasury management, and valuation of the firm's portfolio of more than 1,000 active investments. Previously, he served as a Robertson Fellow and Assistant Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools, managing curriculum implementation and teacher development at a 500-student middle school, and worked as a Director at FTI Consulting in forensic and litigation consulting, advising on economic disputes and accounting matters. He holds a B.S. in Applied Accounting & Finance from Fordham University and an M.S. in Accounting from Baruch College.
