Peter Macdonald joined Bison Capital in 2009 and has worked on raising, investing, and managing the firm's Funds IV, V, and VI. He previously served as a Managing Director of BlackRock Kelso Capital Management (2006–2009), co-founded the private equity firm Windward Capital Partners in 1994 where he was a partner until 2006, and earlier worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at CS First Boston. He holds an MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of Business and a BS from the University of Southern California.
