Pam Ryan

Pam Ryan holds a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, where her research examined the psychology of decision-making in the US venture capital industry. A dual US-Australian citizen, she has worked as a psychologist, entrepreneur, investor, researcher and author, and has served as a limited partner in US and Australian venture capital firms for over 30 years while advising VC firms and portfolio companies. She founded and leads the Tingari Group, has taught entrepreneurship at the McCombs Business School and the psychology of decision-making at the Australian Graduate School of Management, and advised the South Australian government on building an innovation ecosystem.
