Olivia Benjamin is a Partner at Operator Partners. She was previously an early stage investor at Bain Capital Ventures, focusing on enterprise software and consumer technology, and earlier spent four years at Goldman Sachs on the impact investment team. She founded Ground Floor, a community for early start-up employees, and Founder's Table, a co-founder matching community, and runs Role Call, a tech and venture capital jobs newsletter. She holds an economics degree from Barnard College, Columbia University.
