Nancy Hann is a retired Vice Admiral who previously served as Deputy Under Secretary for Operations at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), functioning as the agency's chief operating officer overseeing a 12,000-person operation of satellites, research vessels, and aircraft.
