Matt Devost is the CEO and co-founder of OODA LLC, a company focused on cybersecurity and national security issues. He also founded and operates Hack Factory, a start-up studio in Reston, Virginia, and serves as founding director at DevSec and manager of investments at DEV Capital. Previously, he co-founded FusionX LLC, a cybersecurity consultancy acquired by Accenture in 2015, where he led the Global Cyber Defense practice, and founded the Terrorism Research Center in 1996.
