Before IFC, she worked with commercial banks in Zimbabwe, the central bank in Botswana, and pan-African private equity funds as Vice President for Financial Institutions; she holds a Master's in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales and a Bachelor's in Economic History from the University of Zimbabwe.
