Louis Vichy is a co-founder of OpenRouter, the AI model-routing marketplace Stripe agreed to acquire in August 2026 for a reported $7.5 billion — about three years after he and Alex Atallah, who met on Discord, started it. A largely behind-the-scenes engineer, he previously co-founded Plasmo, the open-source browser-extension framework where he was the top contributor and where the future OpenRouter founders first collaborated, co-founded the robotics cloud platform RosHub, and worked on TurboTax at Intuit. He grew up in Vietnam, studying programming at Hanoi University of Science's High School for Gifted Students before moving to Washington State and earning degrees at Green River College and RIT.
