He has advised on more than $40 billion in announced M&A and capital raising transactions, including deals in financial technology and asset management. Before Broadhaven, he was a Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments, and he holds a B.S. in Finance and Leadership from the Boston College Honors Program.
