He worked at Barclays and Barclays Capital, joined Morgan Stanley's Securitised Products Group in 2006, and moved to RBS in 2008 to build a lending franchise for the speciality finance sector. In 2013 he joined Shawbrook Bank, where he co-led the Wholesale Finance division, contributed to the bank's 2015 IPO, and later led its Asset Finance business.
