Jim Ukrop is an entrepreneur and civic leader who co-founded NRV and mentors business and community leaders in the Richmond area. He previously served as CEO and Chairman of Ukrop's Supermarkets and Chairman of First Market Bank, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from William and Mary.
