Javier Rubio co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of Cluster Consulting, which was sold to Diamond Technology Partners in 2000 to form DiamondCluster, where he chaired operations for Europe and Latin America until 2003. He later co-founded and was Executive Chairman of Nauta Capital, a Barcelona-based venture capital fund with offices in Boston and London. He holds a degree in Telecommunications from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
