Jason Schmidly joined Carousel Capital in 1998 and, together with Mr. Grigg, is primarily responsible for managing the firm and overseeing its investment and portfolio company activities. Before Carousel, he worked in private equity and M&A at Gregory & Hoenemeyer, Inc. and earlier in the M&A department at Morgan Stanley & Co. He holds a BBA with a dual major in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Southern Methodist University.
