Hendel Favarin is co-founder of Escola Conquer, a business school in Brazil, and co-founder of Traktion Club. A law graduate, he began his entrepreneurial career in 2014 while still in university, launching the Almoça application, and founded Conquer in 2016 to address gaps in business education; the organization later merged with Wiser Educação in 2021. He currently leads Conquer's commercial operations and serves as an investor with Caravela Capital venture fund.
