Felix Shpilman is co-founder of Moses Capital, a fund-of-funds platform investing in early-stage venture capital funds across emerging sectors and geographies. He previously co-founded Start Fund with Yuri Milner, which invested in over 430 startups at the seed stage including Uber, Coinbase, and DoorDash, and earlier invested at DST Global in companies including Facebook, Twitter, and Airbnb. Shpilman also serves as President and CEO of Emerging Travel Group, a travel-technology company he joined in 2013 that has scaled to over $3 billion in GMV with operations across three continents.
