TIL the .co TLD for domains is actually the ccTLD (country code top-level domain) for Colombia. I always thought it was added to relieve pressure on the .com TLD.

There are tiers to talking to customers. High level support chats and calls are one thing, but watching them actually use your product and seeing the papercuts firsthand is infinitely better. Especially when looking over their shoulder in person. So much good feedback.

It's sad how far @Meetup has fallen. Most of what I get from Meetup now is comment spam about someone giving away their computer or offering remote jobs. It seems like @LumaHQ is the way to go, but it's more geared toward one-off events than recurring meetups.
