David has 25 years of healthcare experience evaluating medical device, life science tool, diagnostic, and digital health companies and advising boards. Before founding Gilmartin Capital, he was a Managing Director and Head of Morgan Stanley's medical technology equity research practice, and previously a partner and founding member of the healthcare practice at Thomas Weisel Partners. He holds a BA in healthcare policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
