Dave Andonian is Managing Partner at Dace Ventures, with a background spanning operating executive roles, M&A, and investing in software, hardware, and marketing service companies. Before founding Dace, he was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Flagship Ventures and later chairman/CEO of Affinnova (acquired by Nielsen), and previously served as President and COO of CMGI, where he worked on the growth and IPOs of Navisite and Engage. Earlier in his career he held sales and marketing roles at PictureTel and IBM, where he was GM and VP of Worldwide Marketing for the PC Division.
