He joined GIC's Fixed Income Department as a portfolio manager in 2003 and held roles including Head of Credit Markets and Head of Fixed Income Americas in New York, later serving as Chief Investment Officer for Public Equities (2016-2024) and Director of the Integrated Strategies Group (2024-2026).
