Arnold Benoot joined Saffelberg Investments NV in 2010 and serves as General Counsel, overseeing the legal side of the group's investment activities including M&A, deal structuring, and negotiations. He is involved throughout the investment lifecycle, from origination to exit, covering due diligence, transaction documentation, financing structures, and portfolio governance. Prior to Saffelberg, he held legal positions at Dolmen Computer Applications (now RealDolmen) and was Head of Legal at NorthgateArinso for EMEA and the US. He earned an LL.M. from KU Leuven (2000) and a postgraduate management diploma from VUB-Solvay (2005).
