Investment thesis
Xenon invests in Italian small and mid-cap companies to create lasting value through a build-up (growth-by-acquisition) approach. It works alongside entrepreneurs and managers facing generational transitions, structural transformations, strategic shifts, or extraordinary growth phases. The firm operates three strategies: a Flagship Fund taking majority stakes in industrial or B2B service companies in manufacturing, infrastructure or high-tech services (capital investments up to EUR 75M); a Small Cap Fund for innovative B2B knowledge-intensive business services (up to EUR 15M); and the Fidec Fund for companies with enabling technologies for the energy transition and circular economy under SFDR Article 9 (up to EUR 25M).
