Erez Meltzer has more than 35 years of experience as a chairman and CEO across global companies. He is currently CEO of Nanox Vision and holds executive chairman and vice chairman roles at Israeli companies in the agro-tech and biomed sectors. His prior positions include CEO of Gadot Chemicals & Shipping Group, CEO of Africa-Israel Ltd., President and CEO of Netafim, and President and CEO of CreoScitex; he also formerly chaired the board of Hadassah University Medical Center.

Merav Kaye works in project management and business development, and currently serves as an investment manager at Consensus Business Group, a UK investment group. She previously worked at a large telecoms company and managed organisational projects at 012 Smile Ltd. She serves as a director at several companies and has experience guiding companies from early startup stage through IPO.

Rotem Yehuda Kakon has over 12 years of experience across venture capital, business development, entrepreneurship, and the public sector, and has served on the boards of multiple high-tech and industrial companies. He is a strategic investor and portfolio manager advisor at CBG and a limited partner in more than 15 venture capital funds representing $100M under management. He previously advised the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, worked in business development at ANS Tech, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and an MBA in Business Strategy from Bar-Ilan University.

Eli Sorzon is the CFO at Xenia Venture Capital, which he joined in February 2007, and has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, largely with publicly traded high-tech companies. Before Xenia, he held manager roles at the accounting firm Deloitte Brightman Almagor and at the Tel Aviv firm Goldstein Sabo Tevet. He is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies Division.

Ori is CEO of DisperseBio and Chairman of NetwoRx Bio, where he applies artificial intelligence and computational biology to precision immuno-oncology. He previously founded and led VLX Ventures, a venture builder that established over 12 biotech and computational biology companies, and held senior leadership positions at M-Systems (acquired by SanDisk for $1.6 billion), Hutchison, and Orange, including roles in global partnerships and early 3G technology deployment. His background spans two decades in AI, life sciences, and technology.
