Aleksander Ferenc leads capital relations at the fund, working to source and secure capital partnerships in Poland and abroad. His career has spanned the technology and VC sector, including time on the bValue fund team, a role developing an Austrian startup in the Polish market, and later positions at Hermes Capital and the Tech Invest department at Santander Investment Banking, where he handled financial partnerships, investor relations, and company analysis.

Aleksander Rak serves as CFO of the fund, coordinating its financial matters and supporting WP SQUARE's venture-building projects. Through the ScaleUP support program, he assists portfolio companies with finance, controlling, and accounting. He previously worked in consulting at EY (audit and advisory) and spent over 10 years in banking, including roles within the Santander Group in Poland, Spain, and China, and holds statutory auditor qualifications and an ACCA Fellowship.

Damian Stefański supports WP2 Investments in financial analytics, IT solutions, and administration, and helps portfolio companies with strategic decisions and process optimization. He began his career as a currency trader in the financial markets before working as a freelance analyst on projects involving financial analytics, IT implementation, and business process optimization. He advocates for cloud solutions and the integration of AI in business operations.

Grzegorz Liput is a Partner at WP2 Investments focused on green energy, where he handles the construction and development of renewable energy projects within the firm's green portfolio and builds partnerships for biogas initiatives. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales, financial and controlling management, and infrastructure investments. His prior roles include positions at PKN Orlen and Qubus Hotel Management.

Mariusz Bagan is a partner at WP2 Investments, where he focuses on the impact portion of the portfolio, working with med-tech, edu-tech, and sport-tech companies. He also oversees grant programs across the portfolio under the ScaleUP program. Prior to the fund, he spent more than 20 years at major international communication groups, working on launching products, services, and innovations in Poland and other European markets.

Szymon Górak is an Investment Director at WP2 Investments, where he supports portfolio companies through the fundraising process, including strategic planning, pitch deck preparation, and connecting them with other funds and potential investors. He also supervises selected technology companies and helps run ScaleUP Center initiatives such as conferences, webinars, and a monthly newsletter. Earlier in his career he worked in marketing and communications in banking, spending years at the Santander group and later at Credit Suisse.

Agnieszka Lewek is an attorney registered with the Bar Association in Zielona Góra and serves as Head of Legal at the investment fund, providing legal support to the company and assisting with investment processes. She focuses on civil law, commercial law, and corporate services for businesses. She earned her law degree and doctorate from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław, defending her dissertation at the Department of Civil Procedure, and has worked as an academic lecturer and author of scholarly publications.

Agnieszka Majdańska leads strategic partnerships at WP2, focusing on international capital partnerships and complex multi-jurisdictional transactions including IPOs and private debt structuring. She has over 20 years of financial experience, beginning at JPMorgan in Germany and London, followed by HSBC Private Bank, and later senior roles in Monaco including Head of Emerging Markets at Societe Generale Private Banking, Head of Eastern Europe at UBS, and Executive Director positions at Crossbridge Capital SAM and Bedrock SAM Asset Management. She holds an MBA from the University of Deusto in Spain and a business MA from the European University Viadrina in Germany.

Barbara Kudryńska focuses on digital marketing, supporting companies in optimizing and managing their online sales processes. As part of the firm's ScaleUP program, she works on initiatives including a newsletter, webinars, a partnership program, and thematic training for founders and management of portfolio companies. She previously handled digital marketing at Santander Consumer Bank and Santander Bank Polska, and later built e-marketing activities and supported sales and communication at Da Vinci Green Energy.

Ewa Pysiewicz leads marketing and communications at WP2 Investments, covering visibility building, events, social media, and product and sales communication, and manages media and business relations. She supports portfolio companies through the internal ScaleUp program via newsletters, an affiliate program, webinars, and training, oversees the fund's academic projects and its presence in the startup and fund ecosystem, and supervises selected impact companies. Her prior experience was in marketing departments across banking, construction, education, and health-related organizations.

Marzena Zając joined WP2 Investments in 2024, where she handles project management and process optimization and supports the team's renewable energy initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience in sales management and sales strategy in the banking sector, having worked at EFL SA, Santander Consumer Bank, and Santander Bank Polska.
