UniQuest serves as the commercialisation arm of The University of Queensland, bridging academic research and commercial markets. It transforms UQ's intellectual property into market-ready solutions through licensing, startup creation, and capital-raising. Since 1984 it has focused on realising the potential of world-class research across life sciences and physical sciences, having helped create 141 companies from its IP portfolio and raised over $1.25 billion to take university technology to market. The UniQuest Extension Fund supports commercialisation of UQ discoveries.
