Investment thesis
Thesis Capital acquires and operates lower middle market businesses using its proprietary T.H.O.R. framework for sourcing, acquiring, and building companies. The firm takes an operator-first, hands-on approach — running businesses itself rather than monitoring from a distance — and holds every business it acquires with no fund clock or forced exits. It partners with experienced operators (Executives in Residence) to acquire and improve founder-owned service businesses across the lower middle market. Capital is raised from family offices, RIAs, institutional allocators, and qualified individual investors. The firm is remote-first, prioritizing talent over geography, and emphasizes stewardship, speed, honesty, adaptability, and intentional innovation.
