Ashlyn Estes is Senior Vice President and Chief Mortgage & Consumer Lending Officer at First State Bank, a Michigan-based community bank serving Macomb and Oakland Counties in southeastern Michigan. She leads a team of mortgage professionals focused on assisting first-time homebuyers in Michigan and across the United States.

Erin Dee is Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development at Genesee Regional Bank (GRB Bank), where she has also served as Manager of Residential Mortgage. She has worked in home mortgages in the western and central New York area for more than 35 years and leads a team of mortgage professionals based in Rochester, New York.

Feliks Viner is Chief Revenue Officer at First World Mortgage (NMLS# 2643), where he also holds the title of Senior Vice President (NMLS# 68490). With more than 25 years in mortgage finance, he focuses on secondary marketing, including pricing, risk mitigation, and allocation, and works across departments on operational processes. Outside of work, his interests include golf and travel.

Kate DeKay is Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at The Mortgage Collaborative, where she works with lenders and preferred partners to increase engagement and build long-term relationships. Her focus areas include strategic partnerships, operations, and revenue within the mortgage industry, along with knowledge sharing across the field.

Marc Reneau serves as SVP, Chief Mortgage & Consumer Lending Officer at First State Bank, a Michigan-based community bank operating branches in Macomb and Oakland Counties (NMLS 140035). He leads a team of mortgage professionals that works with first-time homebuyers and handles mortgage needs both in Michigan and elsewhere in the United States.
