Tagus Capital invests in and supports founders at the frontier of deep tech innovation, spanning artificial intelligence, blockchain, quantum computing, spacetech, reversible/energy-efficient computing, cryptography, semiconductors, energy, and robotics. The firm views Europe's technology sector as entering a new growth phase led by deep tech startups, and sees the United Kingdom — with its leading universities — as one of the strongest ecosystems for building these companies. Since 2021 it has worked with researchers and founders from Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, UCL, and others. It is the principal sponsor of the HomeDAO Residency, a selective one-year Oxford accelerator for early-stage deep tech founders built around residential immersion, peer learning, and company-building.
