Paul Mok is Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Synchrony, where he leads the Internal Audit function and oversees audit practices covering risk, compliance, finance, operations, and technology. He has more than 20 years of experience across audit, accounting, and marketing, and has previously held senior positions at Synchrony including Deputy Chief Audit Executive, Head of Audit for Professional Practices, and SVP of Marketing Engagement and Excellence. Mok serves as executive sponsor of Synchrony's Women's Network+.

Pavel Petřek studied software architecture in Prague and Amsterdam. After his studies he co-founded and led Inmite, a company building software for smartphones, which was acquired by Avast, where he then held senior management roles and built global product teams during international expansion. He has mentored at StartupYard for several years and invests privately in startups and trades on the stock exchange.

Pavel Petřek is EVP and CEO of Synchrony's Lifestyle platform, where he oversees financing for partners in powersports, outdoor power equipment, and lifestyle merchandise categories including sporting goods, clothing, jewelry, and music. He has more than two decades of experience in consumer and commercial finance. In 2020, he and his wife established a scholarship program at Augustana College for students of color with financial need, and he serves on the college's board.

Petr Vítek co-founded Impact Hub Prague, Brno, and Ostrava, and previously spent nine years in consulting at Deloitte. He has led nine social enterprise acceleration programs and mentored social enterprises, and has held board of trustees positions at NGOs and foundations. He holds a Master's Degree in Finance and has served as an interim CFO.

Tyler Crown is VP at Synchrony and holds an MBA from Stanford. He works with entrepreneurs in AI, developer tools, infrastructure, fintech, healthtech, and vertical software, with prior experience in go-to-market, business development, strategy, operations, and strategic finance across teams in the US, Europe, and Israel.
