Ryan Moeller is the founder of Starting Cold, a venture partner at Veriten, and the US ecosystem partner at Startuplab. Before relocating to Oslo in 2021, he spent two years in Houston working on energy tech M&A at an investment bank. His work in the Nordics has included advising founders, organizing an energy and climate tech conference, and facilitating international investment into the Norwegian startup ecosystem.

Anders Rønning is President and Executive Director at VertueLab. His experience spans fintech, climatetech, healthtech, consumer brands, and social causes, with a focus on brand and market strategy. He has been nominated for Geekwire CEO of the Year and received a Sustainability Leadership Award at the PBSJ Awards.

Christina Wiig is Head of Corporate Partnerships at Startuplab, where she manages over 25 corporate partnerships that account for roughly half of the organization's annual revenue and contributes to its investment committee. Her background spans more than 20 years in management consulting at EY and government innovation at Innovation Norway, where she oversaw a NOK 6 billion portfolio across six countries. She has built AI tools including due diligence platforms and data pipelines, founded the AI builder community Winecoding.ai, and holds degrees from Columbia University (SIPA) and Copenhagen Business School.

Erlend Hausken is an early-stage venture capitalist at Startuplab. He co-founded and served as CEO of Voisey, a social music platform for producers, singers, and rappers that was acquired by Snap Inc. in 2020. He previously worked as global director of marketing communications at Opera Software and has advised brands including Microsoft, McDonald's, PepsiCo, and Adidas.

Henock Sintaye Abeba is Incubator Manager at Startuplab, with over six years of experience in venture development and startup operations. In this role, he evaluates more than 800 early-stage companies annually and manages venture portfolio operations across multiple locations, overseeing 4M NOK in annual revenue. His work includes venture screening and selection, portfolio development, and building relationships with over 300 industry stakeholders, including investors and corporate leaders.

Karl Liapunov is Innovation Manager for Venture Development at TEDCO. He has founded four companies and previously worked in data analytics at Bloomberg and in healthcare management consulting. During his MBA program, he participated in innovation commercialization through the NSF I-Corps program.

Marie Mostad is CEO at Startuplab and a board member at Norsk venturekapitalforening (NVCA). She previously co-founded inzpire.me, which was acquired by Schibsted, and served as Creative Director at Rest Devices, a Boston-based health technology company focused on infant wearable sensor technology. In 2018, she was named to Kapital's "40 Under 40" list.

Nissik Juell is COO at Startuplab, where he has worked since 2016 building the Norwegian startup ecosystem through mentoring, the investment team, and the StartupLab Accelerator and Incubator. He co-founded TIDAL and WiMP in 2008 and served as COO within TIDAL/WiMP/Aspiro for nine years, overseeing product development and partnerships with companies including Telenor, Canal Digital, and T-Mobile as the service launched in 45 countries. His earlier career spans roles in telecom, media, music, and venture capital at companies such as Schibsted, Telenor, and Icon Medialab.

Ola Thorud Jacobsen is President of TEDCO, a Maryland economic development organization supporting technology and life sciences companies, where she has led investment fundraising, marketing, and strategic initiatives, including securing $50M in foreign direct investment. She serves on the World Trade Center Institute's CEO Council, the Maryland Momentum Fund Advisory Board, and the BGE Economic Development Advisory Council, and is President of the Maryland Economic Development Association Board of Directors. Her recognitions include The Daily Record's Top 100 Women in Maryland (2023 and 2026) and a Distinguished Women Award from the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland (2024).

Lizzie Halling is CEO at Startuplab and a board member at Norsk venturekapitalforening (NVCA). Vice President responsible for investor relations and fundraising. Previously a Director at White Oak Global Advisors and a Vice President at BlackRock.

CFO responsible for finance, fund compliance and administration. Previously CFO of Northzone from 2001 to 2019, helping build the firm's fundraising, reporting and governance processes and its Stockholm, UK and US offices.

General Counsel handling legal and regulatory matters. Previously Assistant General Counsel at Matthews International Capital Management and Senior Counsel at SVB Financial Group.
