Anastasia Shakhanova is an Investment Manager at Soul Capital with over 14 years of experience in infrastructure finance, sustainable investment, and debt capital markets across New Zealand and emerging markets, gained in both an investment bank and a large corporate organisation. She structured and issued the first Russian Green and Social Eurobonds in the international market, and at NZGIF she led the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of sustainable finance transactions in the infrastructure, energy, and property sectors, including debt, equity, and subordinated instruments.

Dave Curtis is the founder and principal consultant at Atlas Consulting & Coaching and executive director at Soul Capital. He brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic consulting, executive coaching, and the social impact and investment sector, with expertise spanning business development, organizational strategy, people development, and design thinking approaches to problem-solving.

Te Pūoho Katene (Ngāti Toa, Ngāti Whātua, Ngāti Tama) is Chief Executive Officer of Tapuwae Roa, a trust directing philanthropic and investment activity toward Māori outcomes in education, knowledge systems, and leadership development.
